Procedures:

PELD is a minimally invasive technique performed through a percutaneous approach to excise herniated disc material. Utilizing an endoscope, this procedure preserves the integrity of paraspinal musculature and ligamentous structures, reducing postoperative pain, blood loss, and recovery time, while maintaining spinal segment stability.
EELD is employed for the management of extraforaminal disc herniations, providing direct endoscopic access to the foraminal or extraforaminal region without disrupting the spinal canal. This approach facilitates precise decompression of the affected nerve root, minimizing neural and soft tissue injury, while maintaining the minimally invasive nature of the procedure.
Monoportal endoscopic surgery allows access through a single portal, utilizing a working channel for both visualization and instrumentation. This method reduces operative trauma and is optimal for simpler decompressive procedures, such as single-level discectomies or limited foraminal decompressions, enhancing recovery with minimal postoperative complications.
Biportal endoscopic surgery uses two portals—one for visualization and the other for instrumentation—enhancing surgical field visualization and dexterity. It is particularly advantageous for multilevel decompressions, laminectomies, or cases requiring greater precision in complex spinal pathologies, enabling better outcomes in nerve root decompression and spinal canal widening.

Surgical Capabilities:

  • Multiple Endoscopic Discectomies: Performing multiple endoscopic discectomies from L1 to S1.
  • Endoscopic Laminectomies and Flavectomies: Executing laminectomies and flavectomies to relieve nerve root compression.
  • Nerve Root Decompression: Facilitating nerve root decompression to alleviate pain and restore function
Each Pathology Set is meticulously designed to provide specialized training for distinct spinal conditions. Pathology Set 1 targets various herniations and canal stenosis, while Set 2 hones in on bilateral paramedian herniations. Set 3 expands training to interlaminar and foraminal spaces, and Set 4 focuses on vertebroplasty compatibility, allowing practice on unique vertebral anatomies for optimal surgical preparedness.
